Toy Safety Considerations
We do our best to be extra diligent throughout the entire toy making process. From sourcing the materials to the manufacturing process all the way through to shipping.

You know your bird best and it would be up to your jugdement call to ensure what you give your bird is suited for your bird and how they interact with our toys. We designed our toys to be engaging and we hope your birds will find it just as fun as we do.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
At our current stage, we make everything to order. To ensure we're able to ship the order to you in a timely manner, we start processing shortly after the order is placed.
If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to assist you.
Keep in mind that once an order is dispatch, we would not be able to make modifications to your order.
Are the toys safe for small animals?
The materials we use are safe for birds. If you have a small animal and are interested in our toys, you'll be able to find a list of materials used to make the toy on each product page.
We are bird owners and we design the toys to be safe based on our personal experience and research. However, it would be bird centric.
As a pet owner, it is your responsibility to make your own judgement and research if our toy parts are safe for your small animal.
Material
Do you use glue?
At the moment, no. We will not use any form of non-natural adhesive in our assembly process.
This might change if we manage to find something that is natural, safe and fit for our toy making purposes.
Are there metal or plastic in the toys?
Short answer, no. We'd like to stick to our objective of keeping the toys natural and safe.
As there are concerns around some types of metal and plastic, it's a lot safer to exclude them altogether.

Does the toy come with Pear/Quick Links?
Often times these types of links are made of metal or plastic. For that reason alone, we do not include them as part of the toy.
We also understand that every individual would have their own preference when it comes to hanging or mounting a toy and didn't want to include a something that could potentially go to waste.
Shipping and Returns
Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship within the UK and to USA.
However, we will work towards expanding our coverage. If you are not within our shipping range but still interested in our products, please contact us and express your interest.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns.
