Can I Return/Exchange Unwanted Items?

Here at A Toy A Toy we prioritise the safety and well-being of your feathered friends. Our toys are designed in-house and caringly handmade with the utmost care. It's absolutely important to maintain a satisfactory hygiene level to prevent any spread of diseases and bacteria.

In light of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges if a product has left our store. We have a zero tolerance policy on this in order to keep our environment safe from any potential risk of contamination.

What If I Received a Damaged/Wrong Product?

We would advise that you inspect your order upon receipt. All our toys are handmade using natural materials. Due to that, you may see what might look like imperfections or some might say 'unpolished' finishing. Rest assured, this is just one of the beauties of handmade toys. No one toy is identical with another. However, if you discover ​major defects or a wrong item, please contact us immediately for a resolution. We will require pictures of the condition of the product and shipping packaging that you received.

For the safety and well-being of all our feathered friends, we hold the same zero tolerance policy and cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have left our store.

I've got a Gift Card

That's great! You've been sent a gift card for you to enjoy. We hope you'll find a good use for that gift card on our store. Our gift cards do come with their own set of Terms and Conditions; once purchased, they have a validity of 12 months and cannot be refunded. We highly recommend that you enjoy the gift card within it's validity period and get some lovingly crafted toys for your feathered friends.
